Fitness Programs
In addition to our outstanding Martial Arts programs, we offer a variety of programs for students students who are looking to get in shape and improve their lifestyle. These programs are for adults and teens only. No experience is necessary and uniforms are not required.

Fitness Kickboxing
"Rated #1 Aerobic Activity by muscle and fitness magazine!" This program combines cardio and resistance training to burn fat and tone muscle. Students get a full body workout and burn up to 1500 calories an hour, practicing kickboxing combinations in the air and with various training aids. Every class is different and every class is fun!

Boot Camp
"Transform your mind, your body, and your spirit!" This seven week course is designed to shape students physically, mentally, and spriritually through intense training. Workouts consist of Martial Arts, running, kickboxing, stretching, strength and conditioning, yoga, motivational messages, daily devotionals, and much more. The personal coaching and positive energy has the power to change your life.
